Fellowship Cultural Arts Center Where Arts Meet Inspired Living 908-428-4238 www.FellowshipSeniorLiving.org The campus at Fellowship Village , in bucolic Basking Ridge, is undergoing an exciting expansion as Fellowship Village announces the opening of the Fellowship Cultural Arts Center (CAC). Fellowship Village will be a destina- tion community for residents through- out the state to enjoy a variety of entertainment. Opening this summer, the CAC will feature a state-of-the-art theater, while an upscale bar and lounge with alfresco dining will follow next year. Open to the public, with Trilogy Repertory Company in residence, pro- gramming will feature theater, opera, symphony, ballet, film, educational programs and lectures. There will no longer be a need to travel for profes- sional cultural pursuits. The 240 seat multipurpose theater benefits from the design work of the- ater, lighting and sound professionals who were brought in to create the state-of-the-art space. The theater was designed to accommodate a variety of configurations to include an orchestra pit and theater in-the-round. A large multipurpose room for resi- dents’ activities on the lower level will double as a substantial rehearsal space. The lower level will also house full men’s and women’s dressing rooms and a well-appointed green room for visiting artists. Fellowship Village residents are looking forward to the CAC opening which will accommodate many of the Village Players and Village Chorus per- formances, ongoing activities, enter- tainment, lectures and meetings. Movie nights will now boast a 20 by 13 foot movie screen with surround sound, providing a true cinematic experience. Seniors expect more choices and want to live a vibrant lifestyle. That’s why Fellowship Village is undergo- ing the expansion. “We are fortunate to bring industry best practices in senior living to New Jersey. As a nonprofit organization, we are financially struc- tured to do what our for-profit peers cannot,” says Brian Lawrence, President & CEO of Fellowship Senior Living. “We are able to reinvest our revenues back into our community rather than turning them over to shareholders.” The community is invited to see the vibrant lifestyle campus by calling 908- 428-4238.
