Local artist, Martine Marie White, adorns our cover with an oil on canvas, entitled “Mother & Daughter Sheep.“ Martine’s inspiration for this piece was the close emotional connection she no- ticed between the mother and daughter sheep which reminded her of the close bond she has with her daughter, Giulia. As the daughter of an artist, Martine has been exposed to art her entire life. She also has a degree in Classic Guitar performance and believes music and art follow each other. In conjunc- tion with her Fine Art Appraisal business, Martine finds time every day to paint.
