Artichoke Dip

- •1can artichoke hearts
- •3/4 c sour cream
- •1/2+c Parmesan cheese
- •1/4 c Hellmans mayonnaise
- •Dash granulated garlic
- •Small sautéed onion

1) Chop onion and sauté.

2) drain artichoke (squeeze all water out w paper towels. As dry as possible. Then chop in large bowl

3) add mayo, sour cream, parm cheese, garlic and onion. Mix up well.

4) dump in quiche dish or Pyrex. Anything u can bake it in and looks nice for serving. Spread out evenly w. knife.

Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Until top is golden brown. Serve hot w crackers.
