- The inspiration behind the piece
Sobriety is a big part of my life. So when I was contacted by a client to create a piece with the prompt “Serenity”, it was significant to me. The client let me have creative freedom. The hand reaching up symbolizes hope. The butterflies represent freedom. And the sunrise represents a new start. I enjoyed making this piece very much.
