Cream Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
For The Filling
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 1/3 cup milk
Instructions

Beat all the filling ingredients in a mixer until thick!

Bring the water, butter and vanilla to a boil and then add flour. Stir constantly until it leaves the side of the pot and forms a ball.

Remove from heat. VERY IMPORTANT TO LET IT COOL.

After it is cooled, beat in 4 eggs, one at a time until the mixture is smooth

Drop 1 Tbsp or 1 scoop onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet

Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. LET IT COOL

Slice in half and pipe or scoop the filling. Dust with powdered sugar
