Tri County Care Management Organization understands that the family matters. The TCCMO Board of Directors comprises leaders from the nonprofit and for-profit sector who are dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission. We are working to ensure we have a diverse board of directors from our three-county service area to represent the children and families living in Somerset, Hunterdon, or Warren County. Board members serve a 3-year term, with 2 consecutive terms allowed. Responsibilities include: • Being an advocate of TCCMO and its mission • Becoming knowledgeable of the Board’s legal and ethical responsibilities • Developing an understanding of TCCMO’s budget, budget development and financial position If you have an interest in serving on the board of this vital organization and live, work, or worship in one of the 3 counties mentioned above, please contact Lynne Eaton at Lynnegeaton@gmail.com. www.tricountycmo.org
