I have frequented this town with my family over many summers. This painting was inspired by the early morning light that just brought the perfect shadows and the light on the pathway looking towards the ocean. The whole scene just invites the viewer to explore down the path and see what is beyond.” Joe’s work tends to express a sense of light, atmosphere and mood.
