Our talented writers have given us unique insight into these businesses and their respective owners. Local artist, James Fiorentino, adorns our front cover with a watercolor (detail shown) entitled “Margaret Anne.” Like many artists, James enjoyed painting from an early age. While others his age colored rough images, his mother noticed that he could draw fully developed anatomy at three years old. He was recognized as a prodigy and has been prolific ever since. When reflecting on this cover piece, James states, “My inspiration for the Margaret Anne is that I was inspired by the fishing boats down the Jersey Shore from Point Pleasant to Cape May, NJ where we love to visit. This particular boat was out of Middletown NJ – but from a painting subject it just has so much detail and color which makes my watercolor paintings really stand out in such a unique way.” It is always an honor to feature James Fiorentino on our cover, please read his impressive bio on page 8.
