But a word from a little local bird turned out to be all she needed when it came to finding the perfect spot for her store. “It was super serendipitous,” Liz reflects fondly. “My friend and local painter tipped me off about this new build, and it was exactly the PLD aesthetic. In an extra stroke of luck, it is minutes from my home and across the street from the train tracks.” Liz has trains in her blood; her father, Robert Yanosey, is New Jersey railroad royalty. He founded Morning Sun Books, the country’s most prolific publisher of railroad history books. So, it’s no surprise that Liz’s latest dream found its home amidst the clack & clatter of the tracks.
