John has been privileged to train at bumble and bumble hair salon in New York City under the tutelage of international stylists. During this time he mastered fundamental and advanced techniques of hair design. John assisted Raymond McLaren and Howard McLaren, who are legendary in the business. John helped create hairstyles for Cirque du Soleil. John also worked on numerous fashion shows and photo shoots including Elite’s model look of the year which was televised on E!
