The staff echoes this daily in their education and care of the children. Taking these values and implementing them, the staff is able to not only establish “a homey environment where children would feel comfortable and loved”, but also to incorporate tools such as Creative Curriculum to further their vision. The curriculum is modified as necessary to provide each child with the most stimulating, hands-on, learning experience possible. Safety and protection are our number one priority. Our daycare is equipped with security and burglar alarms, webcam in every room and a sprinkler system throughout the whole building. Care is provided for children ages newborn to 13 years old. There are a limited number of spaces available for special needs children as well. We provide AM and PM snacks. Weather permitting, the children are able to enjoy our beautiful, outdoor play-space to run off that extra energy. All of our programs are age appropriate and the small class sizes allow us to setup learning stations and computers that will help increase their experiences and stimulate new thoughts and ideas for creative learning. Our staff of teachers are experienced, certified, and trained in first aid and CPR. Each member of our staff has completed the mandatory screenings which include background checks, finger printing and references. Ongoing training throughout the year is provided for the teachers to keep them on the cutting edge of the best practices in childcare as well as education for today’s ever-changing world. During the summer, a variety of summer camps programs are offered. Each week every camper will enjoy water play and cooking activities as well as special “visiting” field trips! The Lizard Guys, Magician, pony rides, and a clown are always a huge hit! We also offer additional programs the children can be registered for at an additional cost which include Swimming Lessons (Hillsborough Racquetball Club), Karate (onsite instruction), and Amazing Athletes (on-site instruction). Again, these programs will only be available to those who register for them, and there is an additional cost.
