With the help of their parents, they were able to make their dream a real- ity with the opening of the popular eatery. The Salazar family has called Bridgewater their home for over 37 years. With Turf N Surf , they found a way to combine their love of fami- ly and great food. Turf N Surf’s diverse menu offers a wide array of proteins from the “turf”- including angus beef, lamb, pork and even a rib eye burger – or “surf” – including salmon, tilapia, shrimp and scallops – on a choice of bun, rice or a salad. Turf N Surf also has a great kids’ menu and all menu options are made with the highest quality, freshest ingredients available. Turf N Surf’s popularity has enabled them to open Turf, Surf & Earth in Somerville.
