The market brings more than 30 local vendors to the parking lot of the Somerville Middle School each Sunday from May through November. From 10am-1pm, shoppers can explore a variety of items that support wellness, from foods and beverages to health and body aids-and so much more. • Fresh vegetables and fruits are at the heart of any farmers market, and you’ll find a wide selection from Alstede Farms (along with baked goods and other treats), River Lea House (specializing in all things garlic), and Martenette Farms (certified organic produce). Keep an eye out for special events like Blueberry Week, Peach Week, and Tomato Tasting, along with other themes! • Energizing beverages like probiotic kombucha, loose-leaf teas with health and wellness benefits, delicious fruit smoothies, and gourmet hot and iced coffees are available from Eugenia’s, The Kombucha Bar, Tealicious Shop, Rooted Remedies NJ, and Queen City Coffee Roasters. • Protein-packed meats and cheeses can help you reach your health and fitness goals.
