The love for LOCAL is not just an idea for us. Through our PRINT and DIGITAL magazines, we have consistently managed to spread this love, keeping our readers engaged and involved. Dan Gluibizzi’s artwork adorns our cover with a piece using a mixture of watercolor brush markers and acrylic paint on watercolor paper entitled "Cut Flow- ers". Dan remarks, “The inspiration comes from the gardener, Allison, who is also the owner of this piece. The owers, cut from her garden, adorn her outdoor table. I wanted to contin- ue to see the light play, in the vase and the owers, with a touch of the gar- den they originated from. As an Artist, I move back and forth between repre- sentational and abstract work, a pendulum swing, always with light and movement as my motiva- tion.” Please read Dan’s impressive bio on page 8.
