LONELINESS (ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, FEAR) This pandemic has stripped many of us away from human contact, our communi- ty, friendships, and family. Because of this, it is almost without effort we began to feel separate, afraid, de- pressed, and/or anxious. The more we feed this, it infuses into our cells and becomes our reality. We must help our bodies to remember - you and I are not alone or separate. Tak- ing yoga online or in-stu- dio with your neighbors in town, reminds you of your connection. It reveals that you are not alone in your feelings and together we can unite and uplift each other. If you stay stuck living in the past or the fear of the future, you will experience life as a state of dis-ease. Yoga is designed to bring you into the present moment, where your cells feel safe and alive. This practice brings union. The innate intelligence of your body knows how to heal yourself. Through this practice you will rebuild that trust within your heart and feel whole again. SLUGGISH IMMUNE SYSTEM When your physical body is incoherent and working against YOU, there is a dis- connect between the body and the mind due to traumas. Through the practice of yoga, you learn to make friends with your body as it is in the present moment. The entry point to healing is in the NOW. The breathwork done in yoga is designed to boost your immunity and protect your life. A strong immune sys- tem is a must. When you do yoga, you will no lon- ger feel the disconnect between your head and heart or between the pit in your stomach and the throat. The different parts of your body and mind begin to communicate together bringing you back into a state of coher- ence and wholeness. The parts of yourself you have been experiencing as separate or in battle with one another begin to work for you, united in one purpose - your birth- right state of happiness and joy. BRAIN FOG Many people believe they cannot meditate, and of course, initially it is hard because the moments of stillness and quiet are in contradiction with the reality of our unconscious habits and beliefs we have picked up throughout our lifetime. At rst it can be really confronting. Com- ing together with a group is helpful to get through this beginning. In a short amount of time, you will begin to experience the effects as it offers you a calming and clar- ifying state of the mind. Imagine being best friends with your mind and body, what you could do with your life from this state. Yoga gives you this gift. NOW Now is the time. Yoga reunites you to the vibrancy of life and continues to expand what is possible. And lastly, Yoga is fun!
