Koto Hibachi Asian Bistro and Bar is the fourth in a family of restaurants that was born in Kentucky almost a de- cade ago. Their success is all about their menu of fresh sushi, hibachi grills, and Asian fusion dishes that combine the best of Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The original Kentucky location was followed by two more successful locations in Indiana. By last year, Koto was ready to take on New Jersey.
