theconnectionsnj.com HOLIDAY CHEER PAGE 25 A Pinch of LOCAL FLAVOR Nora’s Irish Cream Submitted by: INGREDIENTS: • 1 cup Heavy Cream • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk • 4 eggs • 1 cup Jameson’s Irish Whiskey • 2 Tsp.Pure Vanilla Extract • 2 Tbsp.Kahlua or substitute Espresso • 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup Add the ingredients into a large blender and blend gradually being careful not to overmix. Pour the cream into a pretty bottle or Mason jar and refrigerate. It will keep for about 2 weeks. When serving, pour into a glass over ice or pour into co ee. Irish Cream makes a nice holiday hostess gift. Enjoy!
