Seniors may decide, however, that it is too much trouble to make their way past a closed door for many reasons. It may require taking a walker, oxygen, an aide, applying sunscreen, perhaps necessitating a leap of faith. You question-is it worth all the trouble? It IS worth all the trouble. We all know it is easier to simply stay put. But I promise it is worth making the effort to open the door and feel the sun on our faces.
