Answer: Fresh Press Juice Co. – the latest gem to grace the Bernardsville Centre. Fresh Press Juice Co. has juices, smoothies and delicious, plant based foods that taste so good they could make the stub- born six year old in anyone want to gobble down his vegetables. Everybody seems to be talking about juices, smoothies, cleanses and plant-based diets these days. No one can dispute the obvious benefits of eating green. Fruits and vegetables boost your immune sys- tem, reduce high blood pressure and high levels of bad cholesterol, improve energy levels, slow and even reverse signs of aging, peel off extra pounds, improve the look and feel of skin, detoxify the body- the list goes on and on. The sisters grew up in a home with great tasting, well balanced meals. As they grew older and went out on their own, they found that they were succumbing more and more to eating what was con- venient as opposed to what was good for them. In 2009, a friend of Lauren’s introduced her to the world of juicing and she quickly became hooked. She got her whole family involved and they found that they were very talented at finding creative and delicious ways to make food that is good for you and tastes great. They started spending their free time making juices for friends and neighbors and eventu- ally opened up Fresh Press Juice Co. to keep up with the demand. The first Fresh Press Juice Co. opened in Cranford and became a huge success. They wanted to make all of their own products so they knew they would have to expand. The Bernardsville location was perfect.
