You don't know enough exercises.
Change theories, alternate strate-
gies, drastically vary exercises, use
different intensities, change the
order of blood flow; each and every
workout. The second time you
repeat the same workout routine it
become less and less effective. That
is why you need an almost unlimit-
ed data base of fitness knowledge
to achieve ever progressing results.
Muscle Confusion is Key.

You ruin your hard work in the
fridge.
Just because you had a
great workout doesn't mean you
can gorge on any unhealthy treat
you can get your hands on. It is a
marathon and not a sprint and you
must continually put healthy foods
in your body in order for healthy
cell regeneration. In time you will
have a completely new set of cells
healthier and better than ever.

You are not up to date with
your fitness technology.
Every-
thing changes, rapidly transform-
ing, ever moving, constantly
improving. This is the nature of the
world we live in and when we do
not adapt to these changes we are
sure to be left behind. Such is the
case in fitness, we have seen so
many new research and case stud-
ies that we know much more today
than we did even six months ago.
So if you’re not up to date on your
fitness education your results will
be left in the dark ages.

Not enough complex motions.
If
you’re isolating one muscle group at
a time you’re limiting the amount of
productivity you can achieve in your
workouts. It is vital to maximize your
time during your workout, if you’re
working out 3 hours a week why
not make it worth 15 hours. That
can be done given the proper tech-
nique and blood flow strategies.

Hidden ingredients in your food
supply.
GMO’s (Genetically Modified
Organisms), Aspartame, preserva-
tives, dyes, high fructose corn syrup
and other ingredients too vast to list
can not only kill your waist line but
also your health. Good general rule
of thumb is if you can’t pronounce
it, do not eat it!

Mindset is everything.
Treat
every workout like the “big game.”
Bring everything you have every
time and leave no exercise undone.
Push yourself, or if you cannot push
yourself, make sure you have some-
one there who will.
7.
Using circuit training machines.
As tempting as it is to go to your
local gym and sit on a circuit, it is
ineffective at best and may actually
induce injury because of its unfor-
giving form requirements. Each
body is different so it’s only natural
each exercise must be modified for
you specifically. Modern fitness
technology uses surprisingly little
exercise equipment and gives you
much faster results, than the fitness
systems of old.

You don’t have a master person-
al trainer.
A master personal train-
er has all the latest fitness technol-
ogy knowledge and can provide
you with results 5 times faster than
ordinary personal trainers. They are
always well versed nutritionally and
are certified to write you meal
plans. A master trainer is always a
prenatal and postnatal expert with
advanced knowledge of the human
body and hence can do a multitude
of things at the same time regard-
less of the situation. This is the
absolute fastest way to your goal.
