After giving birth to her third child
in less than five years, Stacey Wodarski
had gained more weight than she’d
anticipated. A lot more. “I guess the
wakeup call for me was the day I
found out my husband weighed less
than me. He was very sweet about it
but I was mortified. I’d always been an
athlete and wasn’t used to being heavy
or ‘fluffy’ as he called it. Three succes-
sive pregnancies – and all that comes
afterwards – took a toll on my weight,
appearance and overall health.” says
Stacey. “I knew the woman I was see-
ing in the mirror wasn’t me. I simply
needed to figure out the fastest and
safest way for me to get back into
shape.”
Stacey, a certified Group Exercise
Instructor (GEI) and lifelong athlete,
has had a lifetime of experience in the
fitness world. “I was a championship-
level basketball player in high school
and in college. I’ve taken just about
every kind of fitness class offered
today. Some classes can be good; don’t
get me wrong. Some can really help
people. What makes Impact different
is that we’ve developed a system that
moves the absolute best of fitness ‘the-
ory’ into action to dramatically impact
every participant in both appearance
and overall fitness in the shortest
amount of time possible with almost
zero risk of injury. I dropped 50 pounds
in 4 months and didn’t have to diet like
a crazy person. I just followed my sys-
tem.” Stacey, who now weighs less
than she did on her wedding day, con-
tinued, “This isn’t just about your
waistline. This is about confidence,
too. This is about doing what you
don’t think you can do and doing it
anyway. I knew I could help people so
I decided to do it.”
