The head trainer Nick Ali is a NASM certified personal trainer who keeps in touch with the current trends in fitness researching training techniques. Nick has experience with different boxing techniques allowing him to add a different depth to his workouts. Nick’s focus is on weightlifting with cardio exercises for maximum weight loss with muscle gain.
