The Mary Jacobs Foundation, in partnership with the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey (SCLSNJ), is pleased to announce the grand opening of the Mary Jacobs Neighborhood Library, located in Rocky Hill. Working cooperatively, the Foundation and Library System will be hosting an open house and ribbon-cutting event on Saturday, May 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
