Bridgewater Women's Club-Maple Sugaring

Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024 - Somerset County Park Commission Environmental Education, Naturalist Rich Hoffman will present Maple Sugaring in winter, will help participants discover secrets inside a maple tree. We will learn about the history of maple sugaring beginning with the time of Native Americans, as well as the techniques used to make this tasty treat.
We will also have a variety of Maple syrup tasting, possibly with pancakes.
