You’re Not Alone…Navigating Care for Loved Ones
Washington Township, Morris County – Heath Village is hosting a Lunch & Learn program entitled You’re Not Alone…Navigating Care for Loved Ones for family members and caregivers on Thursday, March 19th at 12 noon.
Caring for a loved one can be overwhelming—and knowing when and how to step in isn’t always clear. Join Melissa Nichols, Director of Resident Care Coordination, for a Lunch & Learn designed to help caregivers feel more confident, informed, and supported.
During this seminar, Melissa will discuss:
- Early Warning Signs – how to recognize when a loved one may need additional care
- Having the Hard Conversation – proven tips for starting meaningful and productive discussions
- Creating a Care Plan – Strategies for planning next steps
- Understanding Senior Living Options – a clear overview of care levels and services
With more than ten years of experience at Heath Village, Melissa has helped countless families navigate the challenges of caregiving. From transitioning a loved one from their home to a community and helping to adjust when care needs change, she brings trusted expertise and compassionate guidance to every conversation.
