A Story About Reinvention, Risk, and What Comes Next
There are moments in life when we find ourselves standing at a crossroads.
They are not always dramatic or always planned. But they are certainly unmistakable.
A decision to move.
A decision to let go.
A decision to begin again.
In real estate, I have the privilege of walking alongside people during those moments every day. Behind every transaction is a story of change, hope, uncertainty, and often, transition.
And while I spend my days helping others step into their next chapter, I have quietly been stepping into one of my own.
Many of you know that before real estate, my world was very different. I began my career on Seventh Avenue, in the heart of New York's fashion industry during a time that was electric with creativity, ambition, and transformation. It was a world that shaped me in ways I did not fully understand at the time-but never truly left me.
Over the past few years, I found myself returning to those memories. Not just as moments in time, but as stories worth telling.
And so, I wrote a book.
Denim Wars is a character-driven novel set in the late 1970s and 1980s. It was a time when fashion was not just about clothing, but identity, risk, and reinvention. It is a story about ambition, resilience, and the choices that define us when everything is on the line.
In many ways, it is not so different from what I see in real estate every day.
Because whether you are building a career, buying a home, or starting over, the questions are often the same:
Who are you becoming?
What are you willing to risk?
And where do you want to go next?
That is why this moment feels so meaningful to share with you.
