When there’s a lack of self-satisfaction, it’s understandable why a person may internalize that they are not “enough” when they feel that life didn’t give them enough.

In the very first module of Mindful Tools for Organized Living, a program I created to help people live clutter-free, I invite you to work through the root cause of your clutter. This provides an opportunity to peer into the past and look for clues that may indicate the onset of your clutter habit.
This insight is invaluable as it provides further clarity into the trigger points of clutter moving forward.
