A neighborhood gem of a restaurant, it is a popular destination for many regular customers. Owner, Afrim Berisha, has been in the restaurant business for his entire life. He gained his experience working at his uncles’ restaurants Da Benito in Union and Angelo’s Pizza in Elizabeth. Afrim’s passion for food and hospitality is the driving force for creat- ing exemplary dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, Bistro seven three is a BYOB, which enables cus- tomers to enjoy their own wine to enhance the dining experience. An exciting new addition coming this spring is an outdoor patio for al fresco dining. Bistro seven three offers an exten- sive lunch and dinner menu with a vari- ety of tempting choices. David Kiser, chef, creates sumptuous specials weekly that reflect seasonal offerings. David received his training at the French Culinary Institute and is also an accomplished pastry chef. All items are made from scratch including the many delicious desserts, with the utmost attention to detail and freshness. Dietary restrictions are gladly accom- modated. Furthermore, the highly trained staff will make your experience one to remember. Begin your dining experience with one of the many appealing appetizers. A popular favorite is the sushi pizza. The crust is made from a crispy rice cake, topped with diced fresh Ahi tuna, scallions, glazed with a soy reduction, and spicy siracha sauce.
