He gained his experience working at his uncles’ restaurants Da Benito in Union and Angelo’s Pizza in Elizabeth. Afrim’s passion for food and hospitality is the driving force for creat- ing exemplary dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, Bistro seven three is a BYOB, which enables cus- tomers to enjoy their own wine to enhance the dining experience. David received his training at the French Culinary Institute and is also an accomplished pastry chef. All items are made from scratch including the many delicious desserts, with the utmost attention to detail and freshness. Dietary restrictions are gladly accom- modated.
