On Friday, January 27th, Heartworks hosted its fourth annual Ultimate Super Tailgate Tasting Fundraiser at Dolce in Basking Ridge. This football tailgate themed culinary event benefited the grassroots, nonprofit organization dedicated to continuing the kindness experienced after September 11, 2001 for families in crisis. Chefs from over 15 of New Jersey’s best restaurants used their amazing talents to bring their best dishes and desserts to vie for “The People’s Choice” votes as guests spent the evening sampling. Having such amazing restaurants participating helps draw in a huge crowd, which gives us the opportunity to expand awareness about the work we are doing.
