Waters Upon entering this beautifully appointed store, you immediately sense as to why L.A. Frame Co. has been in business for over 40 years. G.J. Waters, is one of six siblings who have been involved in operating this family owned company since 1973. The family has an artistic and creative sense of style and skill, which has driven L.A. Frame to its success over the years. Their dad, George, started the business, which evolved from ready made frames to the many spe- cialized and custom framing services that are offered today.
