Do you love your modern, stainless
steel kitchen appliances but are finding

gerprint smudges? We at Bedminster
ON-SITE feel your pain.
We are now offering a new service
involving a special stainless steel poly-
mer application, which will make your
stainless steel appliances highly resist-
ant to fingerprints. Any fingerprints,
which do show up are easily removed
with only a microfiber cloth. This
process was developed in Europe but is
very new in the States. You will never
use an off-the-shelf stainless steel
cleaning product again. The polymer
coating also helps to protect against
bacterial contamination, which is a
concern with stainless steel.
Bedminster ON-SITE Drapery Care’s
main claim to fame is the in-home
cleaning of all types of window treat-
ments from fine silk draperies to
Hunter Douglas shades. We are the
only company to guarantee against
damage or shrinkage. We also clean all
types of upholstery using the same del-
icate procedures as we use on fine
draperies. We use only eco-friendly,
nontoxic cleaning solutions, which
many of our customers who are sensi-
tive to harsh chemicals appreciate.
We have developed a reputation for
getting stubborn stains and odors out
of difficult, natural fabrics whether they
be draperies or rugs. We offer optional
fabric protectant treatment, which
offers UV protection against sun fading
as well as protection from spilled drinks
and food. Some of our other services,
which today have become almost
extinct, include recoloring bleach spots
in carpet, cleaning soil filtration around
the edges where the carpet meets the
wall, and cleaning miniblinds-some-
thing homeowners tackle once and
never want to do again.
Another unique service we provide is
leather upholstery restoration. Leather,
which is a natural product, will fade
and dry out if not maintained regularly.
This can eventually result in cracking. If
caught in time, we can bring back the
soft, supple feel of the leather using
the same special leather softeners used
at the tannery. Often furniture can be
renewed back to its original color with
custom-mixed, leather dyes and paints.
We can add many years of life to a
beloved, leather chair or sofa.
Finally, we offer regular mattress clean-
ing using high heat and hydrogen per-
oxide. One of the best ways to prevent
the development of asthma in young
children is by removing dust mites from
mattresses. As well, it can help to pre-
vent morning coughing and sneezing
among adults allergic to dust mites.
