The chic rustic atmosphere is fresh and relaxed owing to the reclaimed wood on the walls and the counter which were made from a tree that use to thrive in Warren and now calls Restro 3 home. Fro Andronikou, opened Restro 3 in March 2017. From catering to sit down meals, Fro cares about her customers and will go the extra mile. Fro grew up helping her dad who owned The Coffee Shop locat- ed in Bernardsville. Her dad recent- ly retired and sold his business and now Fro is following her own vision. Restro 3 provides casual upscale dining with high quality food where everything is made fresh daily. Sal Colombo is a chef who knows his flavors. Food allergies? Gluten free? Not on the menu? Not a problem. Sal knows how to cook and cooks everything as you wish. The fish at Restro 3 is fresh and you can taste the difference. Watching what you eat? Restro 3 has great healthy options. Restro 3 purchases their eggs from a local farm. Their egg white omelet uses real egg whites. Real food, every time. Stop by after your workout and order your egg whites and fruit and Restro 3 will make eating pro- tein after lifting weights, a breeze. Try the popular Rice Balls, Risotto stuffed with fresh mozzarella, green peas, topped with crispy eggplant straws then drizzled with a tomato basil pink sauce or you may prefer the killer Restro Cala- mari with hot cherry peppers, tomato, garlic & scallions drizzled with a balsamic glaze. In either case, you will not be disappointed. Restro 3 serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, Tuesday thru Friday from 9am-9pm and Saturday 8am- 9pm. Restro 3 is open 8am-2pm on Sundays. Stop in after church and catch some breakfast with the people you see every week but haven’t had a chance to get to know. There is something to be said about chatting over a short stack of pancakes with fresh fruit, eggs benedict or hot oatmeal. Book Clubs and other social groups are welcome to use this delightful establishment as a place to meet and discuss the newest novel or a place to plan your next scout meeting while enjoying some wonderfully cooked food. Restro 3 has a full catering menu from appetizers, salad, pasta and entrees to sandwich platters and sidekicks.
