Almond Flour Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • I mixed chopped walnuts and cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 3 eggs whisked
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup oil coconut or canola
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tblsp honey
  • 1 can pumpkin puree

Instructions

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together, whisk wet ingredients and pour into dry mix till no clumps remain. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 350 for 45-50m min. Let it cool.
  2. Note: I mixed chopped walnuts, and cinnamon and put on top of the batter
