Cook the quinoa until soft and tender. The white thread-like thing peeks out when done. Keep aside to cool.
Thaw the peas and mash them a little.
Add the peas, feta, onions, garlic, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to the cooled quinoa.
Add the breadcrumbs
You can adjust the quantity of hot sauce, salt, and pepper accordingly.
Make round balls and flatten them.
Take olive oil in a pan and roast on low flame on both sides till golden brown.
Serve on a bed of lettuce and put a dollop of sour cream on top.
