Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs

For The Filling

  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Beat all the filling ingredients in a mixer until thick!

  2.   Bring the water, butter and vanilla to a boil and then add flour. Stir constantly until it leaves the side of the pot and forms a ball.

  3. Remove from heat. VERY IMPORTANT TO LET IT COOL.

  4. After it is cooled, beat in 4 eggs, one at a time until the mixture is smooth

  5.    Drop 1 Tbsp or 1 scoop onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet

  6.    Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  LET IT COOL

  7.  Slice in half and pipe or scoop the filling.  Dust with powdered sugar
