Baked Brie With Pecans & Kahlua

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kahlua
  • 3/4th cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/4th cup lightly toasted pecan halves
  • 16 ounces wheel of brie cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Simmer Kahlua + brown sugar in saucepan for about 10-15 minutes to thicken

  3. Stir in nuts and allow to cool

  4. Take the top off the brie

  5. Bake cheese for 12-15 min on sheet pan lined with aluminum foil. Bake until cheese gets soft

  6. Transfer to rimmed serving platter

  7. Pour Kahlua topping on top of cheese and serve immediately
