As a certified personal trainer
with over 10 years of experience,
I have heard all sorts of reasons as
to why people don’t hire trainers.
I have heard everything from “I
don’t have the time,” to “I don’t
have any equipment,” and even
“I can’t do most of the exercises
they’ll want me to do.” I can tell
you that with in-home personal
training, all of these reasons fly
right out the window. I started
Love Your Workout because I love
showing my clients that they can
get amazing workouts in their
home with minimal equipment. I
myself have not worked out at a
gym in years, and don’t believe I
ever will again. With a few pieces
of equipment, myself or trainers
Megan Watson or Addie Ben-
thien, guide our clients through
workouts that are tailored to each
individual’s fitness goals.
There are so many benefits of
working with an in-home person-
al trainer, and each of them will
demonstrate how effective and
motivating it is.
1. The trainer comes to you!
Never again do you have to
drive 20 minutes to your gym,
or sign up online for your yoga
class. Being in your home
allows you the greatest
amount of comfort while exer-
cising. With Love Your Work-
out, we come to you, just be
there to answer the door!
2. You don’t need a full gym for a
great workout. There are so
many workouts and fads out
there, it may seem overwhelm-
ing. While we design our work-
outs based on our client’s
equipment and goals, most
workouts involve little more
than bodyweight exercises,
dumb bells or bands, and sta-
bility balls. We do recommend
that all clients purchase a few
of these items so that they can
workout on their own as well.
3. Everyone can benefit from
working with a trainer. Trainers
are not just for people who
want to train for a race or who
want to lose baby weight. We
work with people who are
rehabbing from surgeries, who
are trying to improve their over-
all health, and those who would
like to lose some weight. We
will customize the exercises for
each client, making sure that
proper form and the correct
workouts are being done.
4. It’s affordable and fun! All new
clients receive a free consulta-
tion, where the trainer will
assess the client’s cardio,
strength, range of motion and
balance. We are offering a
