The owner of
Flaming Grill
has
been in her Manville restaurant for
three years and has over 20 years of
experience serving the community an
array of Asian dishes with an extensive
menu sure to please every taste. The
Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet
is
just that – supreme! The owner says
she enjoys when people come in and
she sees them smiling. “That moment
makes me feel very good – you can
feel it!” The owner runs the restaurant
and hires and trains people while
preparing the very best seafood
around. “We always inspect the food
to make sure it’s fresh” she said.
Some things that make this restau-
rant so successful are variety and keep-
ing the food hot and fresh at all times.
Flaming Grill
offers a buffet menu
that changes and they also have differ-
ent seasonal items to keep the menu
interesting. With over 250 different
items on the bar, some of the favorites
according to the owner include the
oysters and sushi. The hibachi bar is
also very popular.
When asked what makes her
restaurant different from other restau-
rants around town, the owner said
that they take the customers’ feedback
very seriously. Customers can write
down their feedback about the service
in a book. “We know what the cus-
tomers want and try to please them,”
said the owner.
The owner elaborated on the types
of events held there and the groups
that come into the restaurant. People
come in to celebrate baby showers or
to have a place for church business and
other functions. There is a Chinese
school that visits the restaurant once a
year and the owner and her staff
reserve the restaurant for 120 stu-
dents. They also serve a lot of families
in the area.
The restaurant strives to keep peo-
ple happy and keep fresh food in
house. The crab is live, the hot food is
checked every hour, and the vegeta-
bles are from an Asian market. When
the owner is out shopping, she said
she’s always aiming to see what foods
are the freshest and best for her cus-
tomers. She also looks at new equip-
ment and considers what can make
the food taste better to keep its flavor.
