Origi- nally from China, Kevin brought both his more than 20 years of cooking experience along with his prior ownership of the Arbor Asian Bistro in SoHo for the past six years with him to Warren. Kevin and Yan have now made their home in Warren along with their two children ages three and ten years old. With the help of other family members in the kitchen, Ye’s is offering authen- tic and delicious tasting Viet- namese, Malaysian and Chinese cuisines in Warren at affordable prices. According to Yan, their restaurant is known for its deli- cate and exquisite variety of tastes and textures always made with fresh ingredients. Dishes from other cultures such as Peking Duck Steam Buns, Indian Pancake with Chicken Curry Dipping, and Hawaiian Shrimp Rolls are unique specialties. On the menu there are a variety of spicy dishes such as Vermicelli and Mandarin Fish and their Rock Shrimp Singapore. At Ye’s, there is something for everyone from basic Pad Thai to delicious Pho soups and many dishes made Gluten Free. No MSG or preservatives are used. Ye’s offers a wonderful assortment of Bubble Teas which is popular in China and common to drink alone or with a meal. There are also flavored teas, smoothies, fresh juice and a nice selection of specialty cof- fees. Delicious and refreshing desserts including mango sorbet and Tiramisu are a great way to end a meal at Ye’s. Ye’s staff is warm and wel- coming and prides itself on their friendly atmosphere and excel- lent service.
