Paul did an excellent job presenting “How to Communicate for Success,” teach- ing everyone how to identify different communication styles and then use that knowledge to communicate more effectively. It was a great way to kick off the new Bernardsville Chamber year. January was just the beginning of our membership drive, and we are also looking forward to spotlighting our businesses during the months to come when we will highlight different business sectors each month. Next up is Health and Wellness Month in April; May is Glamour/Home Improve- ment Month with Sounds Around Town; June & July celebrate Children/ Arts & Humanities; August and September focus on The Great Out- doors/Automotive; September puts the spotlight on Legal/Professional & Business Services as well as Back to School; October features Restaurants/Catering and The Taste of Bernardsville & Beyond on October 1, 2015; and November & December concentrate on Home Furnishings and Design and Holly Days. In spite of the closure of Mt Airy Road, the Bernardsville downtown area is in full operation. If you have special shopping needs during the closure, our merchants are eager to help you; feel free to call them.
