Acupuncture was originated in China
more than 4,000 years ago. Acupuncture
is currently one of the most thoroughly
researched, practiced, and respected
forms of complementary medicine avail-
able in the world.
According to traditional Chinese med-
icine, the overall health is determined by
the quality of the Qi (energy) flow
through the natural pathways of body
(meridians). Acupuncture uses a variety
of techniques, including placing very thin
sterile needles into specific points on the
body, to stimulate and improve the Qi
flow. Acupuncture can have many treat-
ments such as:

Shujing Dai L.Ac, PhD is a Diplomate
in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine
certified by NCCAOM(National Certifica-
tion Commission for Acupuncture and
Oriental Medicine) and is licensed in the
state of New York and New Jersey. Shu-
jing graduated in 1995 with the highest
honors from Beijing University of Chinese
Medicine, the most reputable Chinese
medicine and Acupuncture University in
China. She also holds a PhD in the com-
bination of Chinese Medicine and West-
ern Medicine.
Shujing Dai practiced in North
Westchester NY for many years. Her fam-
ily relocated to New Jersey, the beginning
of this year. Shujing opened her second
clinic at Branchburg Commons located at
west of Route 22, near Shoprite. She
quickly grew her customer base and is
happy to share her expertise with her
community.

I was having severe problems with my
sciatica that eventually would not go
away, making it very difficult to walk. At
the urging of my wife I visited
Jing
Acupuncture
and experienced immedi-
ate relief after a 45 minute treatment.
The week following I only had a few
instances of minor irritation, not enough
to interfere with walking - which enabled
me to return to my walking regimen of
45 minutes a day. I received a 2nd treat-
ment a week later and found that I
would experience some discomfort/
tightness vs pain occasionally, not
enough to inhibit my walking. Going for
my third treatment and anticipate further
improvement but can honestly say its
been amazing so far.

almost 2 years. She has really helped me
manage my TMJ/neck and back pain and
headaches. I have had experience with
other acupuncturists in the area and is
she really is the best at her job and clear-
ly loves what she does. She is very
