Afshin, Jose and Jerry have bought a wide range of talent and experi- ence to their first business ven- ture. Having over 40 years’ experience in the restaurant business, Afshin and Jerry bring impeccable quality to your table. Jose, newly retired with 20 years in law enforcement brings exceptional service to your table. This trio has incorporated their “friendship” and their “family” into their venue, making Brioche feel like home. Set in Warren Township, one of the most attractive communi- ties in New Jersey, Brioche Burger Bistro brings you an extensive top quality menu offering gourmet comfort food in a casual comfortable setting. The Bistro uses table tracking, where you self-order and are then served at your table. Take- out orders are also available; let us prepare your order as you wait in our cozy and comfort- able “living room” area. What makes me excited about this menu? Freshly baked brioche bread, house made 3- cheese Mac & cheese, “lamb Shirazi Burger” and hand cut fries. Veggie burgers, pulled pork sandwiches and coleslaw have also been added to the menu. Add to that their own signature Aioli sauce, healthy salads, gluten-free options and a children’s menu and you have a well-rounded menu with some- thing for everyone. The restaurant is open 7 days a week, Sunday-Thursday 11-9 and Friday and Saturday 11-10. Outgoing orders can be placed on Grub Hub and Seamless. Customers are welcome to bring their own wine and beer. Ten dollars ($10.00) lunch specials are offered daily from 11-4 pm. The owners of Brioche Burger Bistro are proud to be a part of the Warren community and are interested in the towns’ events.
