The ingredients are fresh, the selection is incredible, the service is fast and there is some- thing for everyone. The Stirling House Diner has been keeping the locals well fed and happy since 1974. It is conve- niently located at 1079 Valley Road in Stirling and is open Sundays through Thursdays 7am until mid- night. On Fridays and Saturdays it is open late until 1am. The menu is huge! Offering breakfast platters any time of the day with home fries or fresh fruit. Pancakes, eggs, waf- fles, French toast – you name it. Using farm fresh eggs they taste like your mother used to make – or even better (Sorry, Mom!) Every dish is made to order and served fast. They serve a full menu all day every day, as well as early bird spe- cials from 3-5:30pm and breakfast specials Monday through Friday 7- 11am. The menu includes a wide selec- tion of meat dishes, burgers, sand- wiches and pastas, but the patrons really rave about the seafood.
